Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Ms.Meri Mak gladly accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online*. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, email Sales@msmerimak.com , or email@example.com , within 14 days of original purchase to initiate a return. Denise and her team will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped. If you choose to return an item, Ms.Meri Mak will provide you with a refund of the amount paid for the merchandise using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please note that you will still be responsible for any return shipping fees and original shipping charges.
- Start your return process by contacting Sales@msmerimak.com and include the order number in your subject line. (The order number can be found in your confirmation email.
- Multiple orders can be returned in the same package
- Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.
- Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
- All returns & exchanges are on a case by case basis
We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

- Framed art
- Hair accessories
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Final Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Curb-side pick up
All items must be picked up within a 14 day window from purchase to be eligible for a refund. If the item(s) are not picked up within 14 days the item(s) will be eligible for exchange only.
Purchases from the United States of America
Please note if your purchase is from the United States of America Ms. Meri Mak will pay for your return shipping label and issue a store credit for the purchase value of the item, once the item is received. Ms. Meri Mak will not provide refunds for purchases from the United States of America.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
