Lemon Saffron Marmalade

Thin sliced whole fresh lemons are slowly simmered with a heavy pinch of fragrant, floral saffron threads. The honey-like the scent of saffron hits you first, followed bright, tart lemons.

Ingredients: lemons, cane sugar, pectin, sea salt, saffron.

Chili Pepper Spread and Preserve

Spicy chili peppers are cooked down in a bath of apple cider vinegar, ginger root, garlic and a touch of lime juice. This jam has a smooth lingering spice with a kick of flavor from all sides.

Ingredients: Red Jalapeños, Cane Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Lime Juice, Garlic, Ginger Root, Sea Salt, Pectin

Rosemary Grapefruit Marmalade
